Incorporated in 2010, Gradient is a technology leader that delivers innovative products, solutions and services to contact centers and other businesses. Established by an experienced group of talented IT specialists, Gradient initially began as an independent startup company, focusing on call center automation products before expanding into other areas of technology – such as hardware and firmware development, telematics, testing services, and consulting.

Led by a team of highly creative thinkers, year after year, Gradient continues to chart new course, adding next-generation products – such as phone fraud detection and mobile and healthcare products – to its growing list of products. In addition, we are skilled consultants, with a proven track record of helping organizations form and extract profitable visionary ideas.
